Therapy sessions are held one on one online nowadays. I start with a FREE 30-minute consult to assess the issue involved. After that I chart out a plan of action for the client. All sessions are 100% confidential, safe and completely non-invasive. These holistic healing therapy sessions compliment modern medicine and in no way are an alternative to ongoing treatment. Client forms are signed prior to the consultation to acknowledge and respect the confidentiality agreement between client and therapist.
HOW MANY HOLISTIC HEALING SESSIONS DOES ONE REQUIRE?
It differs for everyone and the issue we are tackling. Techniques such as theta healing & E.F.T. do bring quick results and clients enjoy working on a number of subjects. On average people opt for 5-6 sessions to experience the range of topics. As a holistic therapist & coach, I advise further sessions after having completed one session with my client so i can adequately assess the need for more consultations.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
All sessions are 1-hour long. For the 1st session I offer complimentary 15 minutes to meet & greet.
